"Incredible furniture and top-notch staff led me to buy 10 pieces for over 20K!"
I happened to drop by their showroom, and let me tell you, the staff were super professional, and the furniture was just stunning and stylish. I ended up buying 10 items totaling more than 20K just from that one visit. I highly recommend checking out their store; it’ll totally transform your shopping experience.

"Shipping Took Forever"
The futon mattress is awesome, but man, the shipping took more than 2 weeks! I sent emails asking for updates, but nobody replied. When I finally picked up the phone, it shipped out the very next day. It would be nice if customers were informed about potential delivery delays when they buy.

"Never shopping with this company again"
I won't be doing business with this company anymore. Items weren't in stock when they claimed, and I was misled about several things that never came through. I can't recommend them! The couch is beautiful, though, once it finally arrived. The info given is just not clear at all.

"Unpleasant Experience with Customer Service"
I had a really bad experience with the sales associate when I reached out to check on my delivery status. I dialed the number from the business card, and she was quite unprofessional, saying she was off and didn’t seem interested in helping me with a service they offer. They’re friendly only when you’re buying something, but after that, it’s like they don’t care about their customers. When my couch arrived, they forgot to bring an extra item I had ordered, which ended up being delivered the next day. I wouldn’t buy from them again or suggest them to my family and friends.

"Confusion with delivery date"
There was a mix-up with when my order was supposed to arrive. Instead, I received the incorrect sofa. However, they sorted it out and sincerely apologized. In the end, I got my amazing sectional. The delivery team was fantastic too.

"Sofa and love seat purchase online..."
I bought our sofa and love seat through the internet, and the checkout process was a breeze. On delivery day, I got a text letting me know my order was set to arrive and included a time window. Later that day, the delivery guy called to give me an estimated arrival time. He showed up right on schedule, set the sofas exactly where I wanted them, and was super professional, friendly, and fast.

"Awesome support from the team"
The service I received was solid. I was super happy to have my items delivered on the same day, all thanks to the sales rep who helped me out as a first-time buyer. Their showroom is quite nice, and the prices are fair. I’d totally suggest checking this place out, and I’ll be returning for my massage chair, haha!

"Friendly Staff and Great Service"
The team here has been super nice and really helped us out. They were flexible with pricing, delivery, and setup. The couch looks awesome, though it’s a bit firm; I reckon it just needs to soften up a bit. Besides that, this place is a fantastic spot for furniture shopping. Love it! 💘

"Outstanding Customer Support"
I gotta say, the customer support was top-notch, especially while I was placing my order online and getting my items sent my way. Delivery was super quick, and everything was packed really well for shipping. They reached out right away when they realized I had to adjust my order because something was out of stock. They let me pick what I wanted instead. Big thanks to Ornate!

"Found a couch on Offer Up and Ornate..."
I came across a couch on Offer Up, and Ornate was super quick to respond. When I visited the shop to check out the item, Ozzie really knew his stuff about their stock, production, and how it stacks up against other options. He was a big help in figuring out what I wanted. Plus, he was flexible with the pricing. I’d surely come back to this place.
